Haughmond Abbey  Haughmond Abbey located in Shrewsbury in Shropshire around a 1 0 minute drive from Albrighton Hall and Spa which is where we were staying for the evening.  Link below for review of the hotel. https://naturalstonesroad.blogspot.com/2025/03/with-period-style-decor-comfortable.html We visited the Abbey as it was convenient for our stay, not knowing a great deal about the Abbey and what to expect, it made for a very enjoyable impromptu experience.  The Abbey covers quite a large area and there is still several large ruined pieces of the structure to enjoy.  Being part of the English heritage collection it is well maintained, there is a small exhibit  inside the office. Facebook Account Retrieval    A little bit out of the norm from my usual posts, but I wanted to help anyone that has found themselves in this situation.   My Facebook account was hacked and disabled in October 24, only being a regular normal ( non paying) user of FB, I really didn't know how to try and get my account reactivated?!  Here is the solution, to avoid you wasting time on other methods and channels.  FB sent me no correspondence or advice after my account was disabled on how to contact them or resolve the situation.  After spending a considerable time scrolling and searching the internet along with trying to use the FB help centre, trying many different approaches, I finally found the solution.  As a free member, the support is extremely poor and limited depending on the scenario.  Other methods may work, but this is the only one that worked for me.  I tried all the free options first, with no result.
